GFS Builders & Developer is actively looking or System Support Engineer
The desired candidate should be capable to perform following functions:
1. Install, configure and maintain Network Equipment.
2. Monitoring network performance and high availability
3. Network administration (LAN, Wireless, Routing & Switching Mikrotik router and cisco & data connectivity)
4. Network monitoring LAN, WAN, VPN link availability & utilization
5. Implementation and administration of DNS, DHCP, IIS.
6. Knowledge of DNS ADC, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls device Especially Snagfor & Fortgate and other networking concepts.
7. Understandings of generic network attacks and take care of it pro-actively
8. Review bandwidth and resource utilization and make recommendations for any upgrades
9. Provide support and guidance in maintaining Data Centre policy, process and procedures.
10. Ensure the backup of all network devices on daily basis
11. Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations) etc.
12. Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
13. Overseeing security of all systems, network and infrastructure. Network and internet policies.
14. Installing anti-virus protection and fixing network faults.
15. Technical support for people using the network.
16. Understanding of virtualization technologies (Google Cloud Hosting, AWS, Azure and VMware)
Skills & Qualifications:
 Graduation in BS Computer Science or a relevant related field
 Familiarity with problem resolution, troubleshooting, Internet VPNs remote implementation and firewalls
 Hands-on expertise in switching, routing, and networking
 Capable to take initiative to handle issues before they intensify
 Can set up and configure server hardware
 Understanding about managing, controlling, and monitoring of server infrastructure
