AGILE HR CONSULTING is looking to hire an "Assistant Manager Finance" for an Accounting Firm

Location: Karachi
Timings: 10:00 pm-7:00 am (Night Shift)
Qualification: CA Finalist, ACCA or equivalent qualification in the field of accounting with articles completed from CA Firm

Responsibilities:
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, adhering to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant regulatory standards.

Accounting Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of accounting principles to perform various accounting tasks, such as journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy.

Financial Reporting: Generate timely and informative financial reports for clients, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and insights to support decision-making processes.

Tax Compliance: Assist in tax planning and compliance, including preparing tax returns, and ensuring adherence to local and federal tax regulations.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify variances, trends, and potential areas for improvement, providing valuable insights to clients.

Client Communication: Collaborate effectively with clients to address accounting-related inquiries, provide financial advice, and ensure client satisfaction.

Audit Support: Prepare documentation and assist in the audit process to ensure compliance with auditing standards and facilitate external audits.

Financial Software: Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance accounting processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

Salary Range: 100 – 120k Maximum
