Position: Purchase Executive

Location: Korangi Industrial Area - Karachi

We are seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in procurement processes and a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
3. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.
4. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes.
5. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
7. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors or purchased items in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven 2 - 3 years of experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
