Description

Bachaa Party, Pakistan’s Biggest Kids Brand is looking to hire a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) for its retail stores.
Location: Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate shall be interacting with customers on a daily basis for various types of feedback.
- Product Feedback: Questions/Survey related to product from both divisions - hard lines and soft lines ranging from quality, design, durability, endurance, value for money etc.
- Service Feedback: Questions/Survey related to the service experience including staff behavior, staff hygiene, overall environment, cash counter, goods return counter, ease of navigation, online customer service etc.
- Marketing Feedback: Questions/ Survey related to brand visibility, advertising channels etc.
- Compile survey data into a presentable format for the Business Intelligence team to extract actionable insights.
- Be highly observant and notice the customer's body language in order to be able to assess their behavior.
- Analyze the customer flow in the stores to make recommendations on product display, visual merchandising, and assortments.
Requirements:
- The candidate must be a graduate.
- At least 2 - 3 years of customer service experience in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
