UBL is looking to hire a suitable candidate for the position of Project Head - HRMS in HR division.
The resource would be responsible for spearheading the end-to-end design, execution, implementation and deployment of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) project.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRMS, overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within specified timelines and budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Digital, and third party vendor including but not limited to system principal to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders and specially to senior leadership, providing regular updates, progress reports, and addressing concerns to ensure transparency and understanding.
- Coordinate training sessions and provide necessary support to end-users for seamless adoption and utilization of the HRMS platform.
- Ensure system usability, accessibility and journey monitoring (drop off, error rates, sign ups, success) of the HRMS eco system.
- Become the eventual custodian (Portfolio Manager) of HRMS post deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in HRM/Project Management/Computer Science required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications i.e. PMP, SHRM, CIPD will be advantageous.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in project management; Preferably two successful HRMS implementations, with a solid understanding of financial institution operations and regulations.
- Proven experience in successfully leading and managing end-to-end projects, ideally in HRMS implementation or related IT projects within the financial sector.
- Familiarity with HR best practices and industry standards, enabling the incorporation of HR-specific requirements into the implementation process.
- Understanding of HRMS systems, software development lifecycle, and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
