Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer with 1 to 2 years of experience in payroll and recruitment to join our team in Korangi, Karachi. The ideal candidate should have experience with Smarthcm (preferred) and will be responsible for managing payroll processes and recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and process payroll in a timely manner.
- Handle all recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide support related to payroll and recruitment issues.
- Knowledge of employee documentation and maintaining personal files.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, specifically in payroll and recruitment.
- Experience with Smarthcm is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
