The Bank of Punjab is one of the leading banks with a large network of branches across Pakistan. The Bank is looking for talented, self motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource for induction as Management Trainee Officers (MTO’s).
MTO is an entry level position requiring fresh graduates with a background of management sciences. The selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program in core business as well as soft skills. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed in the regular officer’s cadre of the Bank and will be posted at branches/ controlling offices across the country. Eligibility criteria will be based on but not limited to the below-mentioned areas:
Qualification: Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC recognized institute with a minimum of 3.25 CGPA out of 4.00 or minimum 75% marks.
Age: Not more than 26 years as on October 01, 2014.
