HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position for one of its clients.

Position Name: Supply Chain Executive
Job Type: Yearly Contractual (HRSG)
Salary Package: 70,000/-
Location: Karachi (Clifton)

Description:

-To verify and study all W&D expenses and ensure they are in alignment with agreement and services, identify any expense which result in non-value-added activity.

-To ensure monthly expenses are in line with allocated budget, to keep track of spending and allocated budget.

-Identify areas of opportunities where we can cut down W&D expenses.

-To coordinate with warehouse team and manage efficient replenishment of inventory by effective transportation planning.

-Assist W&D lead in negotiations with 3PLs and drafting of agreements and contracts.

-To perform physical inventory reconciliation of inventory at each warehouse.

-To investigate warehouse damages of inventory and support in issuance of claims.

-Optimize logistics network and remapping of customers served from each warehouse to reduce lead time and overall expense

-Conduct internal inspections and audits to ensure warehouse, warehousing and logistics operations always remain compliant.

-Ensure inventory is placed in the appropriate and safe locations, considering temperature, size, weight, available space, etc.

-Apply cycle counting and inventory reconciliation procedures to measure and ensure accuracy of stocks.

-Ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Corporate Guidelines.

Education: BE, BBA/MBA (Supply Chain) or Pharm D

Experience: 01 to 02 Years of Experience
