Looking to hire Senior National Sales Manager - Gynae Segment for pharmaceutical company
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's
Experience: 12-14 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in the Gynae segment. The ideal candidate must currently be at the NSM level.
Salary: Market Competitive
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual marketing objectives and plan for Sales Forecasts & Expense Budgets. Implement & monitor with approval from the Head of Department & CEO.
- Manage the Sales Force and Distributor's network to ensure all market and corporate objectives are achieved.
- Lead the team in alignment with the corporate mission statement, fostering a "performance culture" free from biases.
- Analyze sales results to identify opportunities and threats, holding performance discussions to drive behavior changes and enhance productivity.
- Enhance the corporate image by providing quality services to customers, ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints promptly, either through the team or personally.
- Increase company profitability by boosting sales volume and controlling expenditures.
- Explore new market opportunities and suggest appropriate products for the market.
- Hire and recruit high-quality personnel at various levels as needed.
- Identify training needs and conduct training sessions accordingly.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals.
- Maintain and implement QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards in the area.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.
