Position: Assistant Manager HVAC Utilities

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience
Education: BS or BE in Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities:
· Plan and coordinate HVAC projects (installations, retrofits, upgrades) to ensure timely, cost-effective completion.
· Manage HVAC budgets and monitor expenses for cost control.
· Identify and implement energy-saving measures to improve system efficiency.
· Develop emergency response plans and oversee repairs during critical HVAC failures.
