JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conducting job evaluation survey
Identifying training and development needs within an organization
Developing HR training and Development strategies
Planning , Directing ,Delivering training and Development programs
Performance Management
Annual Appraisals
Rewards & Recognition programs
Succession Planning
Engagement and Retention Programs

JOB SPECIFICATION:
Masters in Organizational Psychology (Preferred) – OR-
MBA HR (focus :training and Development )
All relevant certifications and Training.
2 years minimum for Senior position
1 year for support position
Outstanding verbal, written, multitasking & presentation skills
Experience of management development skills training.
Experience of designing & delivering a variety of training solutions.
Budget management experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
Good motivational skills
Planning skills
