Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support / QA Specialist to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to clients while also performing end-to-end QA testing on our software products. You'll monitor each phase of the development process to ensure the software and design align with our standards.
You’ll work closely with the development team, assist with functionality-related queries, and play a key role in maintaining high product quality. If you possess strong SQL skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Experience: 5-6 Years
Location: Tariq Road Karachi - Onsite
Shift: 3pm - 12am
