Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Node.js, Express, or Koa
Write clean, modular, and scalable code with a strong focus on performance & security
Integrate and optimize databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Collaborate with frontend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers
Enhance backend performance, speed, and data flow efficiency
Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms

What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in Node.js and modern backend frameworks
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architecture
Hands-on experience with databases & data modeling
Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
