We’re Hiring! – HR Specialist (Employee Relations & Communication)

CareGenix Solutions is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Specialist to strengthen our Employee Relations and Communication functions. If you’re driven to build a positive workplace culture and foster strong employee engagement, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Cherry’s Plaza, DHA Phase 7, Karachi
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Hours)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Ensure smooth HR operations and cross-department coordination
Act as a communication bridge between employees and top management
Promote diversity, inclusion, and positive team culture
Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and engagement sessions
Support policy implementation and behavioral alignment across teams

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of core HR experience, with a focus on employee relations.
Strong communication, conflict management & interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR software (WebHR preferred) and labor laws.
