Requirements:
Min. 2 years of credentialing experience
Knowledge of CAQH, NPI, Medicare, Medicaid & commercial insurance
Strong communication & organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Handle credentialing & re-credentialing for providers
Submit applications & maintain provider records
Coordinate with payers/providers & track application status
