We are seeking a SaaS Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and drive growth across multiple regions.

Role Overview

This role is focused on driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for Hubaix’s AI SaaS products and solutions.

We’re looking for someone who excels in one or more of these areas and is eager to contribute strategically and creatively across others:

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Lead Generation

Identify and research potential clients through tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems.
Execute cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Manage and update lead pipelines, ensuring proper tracking and reporting in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
Coordinate follow-ups and pass MQLs to the internal sales or closing teams.

2. Email Marketing & Automation

Plan and execute cold and warm email campaigns for targeted industry segments.
Create high-performing templates, subject lines, and CTAs for improved engagement.
Manage deliverability using tools like Mailreach, Instantly, or Lemlist.
Analyze campaign metrics and optimize sequences based on open and response rates.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing

Run paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (Twitter).
Collaborate with designers and developers to create visually engaging posts and landing pages.
Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, and conversion rates to evaluate effectiveness.
Optimize ad targeting, creatives, and funnel touchpoints for improved ROI.

4. Video Creation & Marketing

Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form marketing videos (ads, explainers, testimonials, educational clips).
Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, Descript, or Adobe Premiere to create and edit content.
Distribute videos strategically across social and digital platforms for brand visibility.
Monitor and report on video reach, engagement, and click-through performance.

5. Community Building & Engagement

Create and manage online communities across Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, and Discord.
Post relevant updates, product insights, and thought-leadership content to maintain engagement.
Launch interactive sessions such as polls, webinars, or discussions to strengthen relationships.
Develop localized community engagement strategies for regions such as the US, GCC, and South Asia.

6. Market Research & Analytics

Conduct ongoing research on competitors, market trends, and emerging AI tools.
Use analytics to evaluate campaign performance and audience insights.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting lead generation results and ROI.
Recommend actionable improvements for marketing funnel optimization.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, lead generation, or digital growth.
  • Proven experience with LinkedIn/Meta outreach, email marketing, or community management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Canva, and Ads Manager.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in AI, automation, or technology marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, n8n, Make, LangChain, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, ad optimization, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience targeting audiences in US, GCC, and South Asia markets.
