Job Summary:

We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist who also excels in content creation to drive high-performing ad campaigns. You will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns while developing engaging ad creatives, copy, and visuals to maximize conversions and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content for various campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for better ROI.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding.
• Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize reach and conversions.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist (minimum 2-3 years).
• Strong content creation skills, including ad copywriting, video editing, and graphic design.
• Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics & Meta Pixel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing teams.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

What We Offer:

• Compensation: upto Rs. 100,000/- with transportation allowance
