Hiring – HR Manager

Location: Gulberg-II, Lahore (Onsite)

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Industry: Software House

We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager to lead and oversee our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, policy implementation, employee engagement, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance evaluations & employee relations
• Drive training, development & retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Support leadership in organizational planning & culture building

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or relevant field
• 5+ years of HR Manager/HR Leadership experience (IT/software industry preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership & decision-making skills
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and best practices
