Job Title: Assistant Front Office Manager – Acting HoD (3-5 years of experience)
Hotel: Best Western Premier Hotel Gulbarg Lahore (4-star international hotel chain)
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front office operations and lead a team of front office to ensure exceptional guest service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Oversee front office systems, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and billing of FIT, Company guest & OTAs
- Implementation of SOPs to improve front office efficiency
Eligibility & Criteria:
- 3-5 years of experience in a front office role, with at least 2 years as a AFOM, Sr. Duty Manager, or Duty Manager
- Pleasant personality, excellent spoken English and strong communication skills with command of software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, Munshi)
- Strong knowledge of hotel SOPs and front office operations
- Leadership and team management skills & ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 14 yrs of education from a reputed University
