Position Overview:

BNO Consultant is seeking an experienced and motivated OEP Consultant / Agent to support our overseas recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, candidate sourcing, documentation handling, and maintaining smooth coordination with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities with overseas clients, agencies, and employers.
• Identify and source qualified candidates for various overseas job categories.
• Maintain and grow candidate databases through field visits, local agents, and community networks.
• Manage complete documentation for candidates including passport verification, certifications, medicals, and visa paperwork.
• Coordinate with government bodies to ensure compliance with OEP regulations.
• Communicate professionally with clients and share recruitment updates.
• Handle walk-in applicants, conduct screening, and guide candidates throughout.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and deployment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in OEP operations or overseas recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Gulf recruitment procedures.
• Network of local agents or candidate suppliers is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Ability to manage multiple job orders and meet recruitment targets.
• Knowledge of OEP documentation, visa categories, and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and data tools.
