Department: Branch Banking Operations Unit
Position Title: Manager - Branch Support, Operations - AVPIII / AVPI
Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree
Experience: 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years in branch banking, with a technical understanding of core banking and allied systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing superior operational standards in branch banking and monitor relevant documents to ensure consistent application of such standards.
- Provide guidance to the Branch & System Support Unit team for routine and specific matters related to Branch Operations.
- Review the development of the Business Requirement Document and supervise User Acceptance Testing for various enhancements in the banking system performed by the Branch & System Support Unit team.
- Develop and map system reports for monitoring internal controls and regulatory reporting purposes.
- Develop written updates related to Branch & System Support.
- Prepare walkthroughs and training for Branch Banking staff on system basics of core banking and other allied applications.
- Assist in reviewing various instruction circulars on policy and periodic regulatory requirement changes with respect to system flows.
Requirements:
- Experience in General Banking Operations and AML/CFT.
- Knowledge of Core Banking Systems and Allied Applications.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook for office communication.
