POSITION: Manager - Warehouse Operations

LOCATION: Karachi

REQUIREMENT:

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management with 12 to 15 years of hands proven experience in managing warehouse operations including a minimum of 5 years in a similar managerial role.
• Experience managing large-scale warehouses with high SKU volumes and operating in fast-paced distribution environments.
• Strong exposure to 3PL operations, hub-and-spoke distribution models and experience within the FMCG sector is preferred, along with strong working knowledge of SAP and WMS platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead overall warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, dispatch and returns management.
• Ensure smooth, accurate and timely handling of FMCG inventory with high SKU complexity.
• Maintain optimal warehouse layout, space planning and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Drive strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards and hygiene norms.
• Monitor stock levels, aging analysis, cycle counts and full physical inventories.
• Analyze variance reports and implement corrective actions to avoid losses or shrinkage.
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates on SAP/WMS platforms.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams including supervisors, executives and operators.
• Drive performance KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, cost and service levels.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, discipline and compliance.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for warehouse process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with corporate requirements and industry regulations.
• Lead internal and external warehouse audits to meet quality and safety benchmarks.
• Support demand planning and forecast analysis through timely warehouse data insights.
