We are Hiring - Assistant Manager MMC
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- The candidate must have good communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of trims and accessories, ensuring optimal pricing, required quality standards, and first-time-right delivery.
- Create, process, and maintain purchase orders and procurement records, while tracking orders, following up on deliveries, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with the Finance team to ensure timely supplier payments, maintain strong vendor relationships, and stay informed about market trends to support cost optimization.
- Control inventory within approved budgets by optimizing stock levels, managing allocations, and monitoring ageing inventory (90+ days) to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
