HIRING NOW - Trainee Branch Service Ambassador
Eligibility:
Minimum Bachelor Degree.
Maximum Age Limit 28 years (age relaxation can be given for female/PWD candidates)
Responsibilities:
1. Efficient and courteous service to the Branch Customers/Walk-In Customers/Prospective Customers.
2. Support counter staff in achieving low transaction TAT.
3. Effective management of customer traffic on the Branch Floor
4. Ensuring that all operational forms/slips/formats are readily available for customers
Required Skills:
1. Strong communication and Interpersonal skills, extrovert personality.
2. Islamic banking knowledge
3. Solid aptitude/attitude for customer service & cross-sell
