we're hiring - TEXTILE DESIGNER (PRINT, EMBROIDERY & JACQJARD)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Textile Designer specializing in Print. Embroidery, and Jacquard to join its design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in developing commercially viable designs aligned with current fashion trends.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field from a recognized institute.
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of relevant experience in textile design, preferably within a fashion retail or textile manufacturing environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
. Develop original print, embroidery. and jacquard designs in line with seasonal themes and brand direction
. Create color stories, respect patterns, end design lay cuts suitable for various fabrics.
. Coordinate with sampling, production, and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and timely execution.
. Prepare design files, artworks, and technical sheets for production and sampling
. Conduct trend research for prints, mot fs. color palettes, and fabric developments.
. Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy in design outputs
. Modify designs based on feedback from management and market requirements.
. Maintain proper documentation and design archives.

LOCATION: Head Office, Karachi
