POSITION OPEN FOR - Senior Manager - Quality Control

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Lead and manage day-to-day QC laboratory operations, ensuring timely testing of raw materials, finished products, packaging materials and utilities.
. Manage site stability studies program with 100% testing of stability time points as per the stability schedule.
. Ensure strict adherence and compliance to applicable cGMP, cOLP, Data Integrity (ALCOA++), and regulatory requirements (DRAP / FDA / EMA / WHO).
. Review, approve, and implement SOPs, specifications, protocols, and analytical reports.
. Handle and close O05/ OOT Investigation, deviations, change controls and CAPAs in a timely and effective manner.
. Manage laboratory risks and perform risk assessments as and when required.
. Oversee and support the lab staff for Instrument qualification, calibration, validation, and maintenance of QC equipment.
. Manage method validation, verification, and method transfer activities.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
. Bachelor's / Master's of Science.
. Candidate with a minimum 3 years of experience of independently leading the QC lab, with minimum 12 years of experience working in Pharmaceutical QC functions.
. Experienced with ISO-17025 and GMP audits, analytical techniques, laboratory instrumentation, data integrity aspects,
. Laboratory safety and computerized systems.
