We are hiring - DESIGN LEAD - CASUAL & ETHINIC PRET
LOCATION: GAJJUMATTA, LAHORE

JOB ROLE:
- Lead the design process for Casual and Ethnic Pret collections, from concept to final production.
- Develop seasonal design concepts, mood boards, and trend forecasts.
- Create technical sketches, design specifications, and collaborate with pattern makers and sample teams
- Ensure alignment of designs with brand identity, market trends, and target customer preferences.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing creative guidance and feedback.
- Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams for timely delivery of collections.
- Monitor competitor collections and industry trends to maintain innovative and market-relevant designs.
- Participate in sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories to enhance design quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design or related field.
- 5-8 years in fashion design, with experience in Casual & Ethnic Pret
- Proven experience leading design teams and handling full collection development.
