Marketing Growth Specialist (Full-Time) - Onsite
Requirements:
1- Saas / B2B Organic Growth:
. Build and execute content-led growth strategies focused on lead generation and brand authority.
. Manage Linkedin and other B2B-relevant platforms to attract founders, decision-makers, and operators.
2 - Paid Growth & Demand Generation:
. Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, and TikTok.
. Run B2B-focused campaigns for demos, free trials, and lead magnets.
3 - Reporting & Optimization:
. Build performance reports with actionable insights.
. Stay ahead of SaaS growth trends, paid media updates, and Al-driven marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
. 3+ years experience in SaaS, B2B, or digital agency marketing.
. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking tools.
