. Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles
. Handle hiring needs within Medical Billing & Health Tech domains
. Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
. Support core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities

What We're Looking For
. Graduate from a reputable University
. Proven experience 1-2 years in recruitment (Healthcare / Medical Billing is a strong plus)
. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
. Ability to work confidently in US time zone hours
