Description
Rajby Industries is looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Manager to lead our Quality department for the Apparel (Cut-to-Pack) division.
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and oversee the entire quality process from Cut to Pack.
. Ensure all products meet the required quality standards and customer specifications.
. Implement and monitor quality control systems to minimize rejections and rework.
. Coordinate with production and washing departments to ensure quality alignment.
Requirements:
. Experience: 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Apparel Manufacturing (Garments).
. Education: Minimum Graduate (Textile/Engineering degree will be a plus).
. Skills: Strong understanding of garment construction, AQL standards, and finishing.
. Preferred: Candidates with specific experience or knowledge in Washing Quality will be highly preferred.
