HIRING - AR & Production Representatives
Join our growing medical billing team! We are looking for experienced and dedicated professionals for the following positions:
Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative

Responsibilities:
* Follow up on unpaid/denied claims with insurance companies
* Work on claim rejections and denials (appeals & corrections)
* Check claim status via portals and calls
* Maintain accurate AR reports and documentation
* Communicate effectively with payers and internal team
* Production Representative (Charge Entry / Claim Submission)

Responsibilities:
* Accurate charge entry from superbills/EMR
* Verify patient demographics & insurance details
* Ensure correct CPT, ICD-10, and modifiers usage
* Submit clean claims to clearinghouses
* Fix front-end rejections promptly
* Maintain daily productivity & quality standards
- minimum 6 months of experience in Medical billing
- Strong communication & attention to detail
- Ability to meet daily targets
