Manager Client Operations - US Healthcare

Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-site)

Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PST

Key Responsibilities:
. Ensure smooth daily operations and meet defined turnaround times (TATs).
. Achieve productivity and adherence targets across all team members.
. Maintain process accuracy and compliance above 98%.
. Ensure timely updates and achieve 90%+ client satisfaction.
. Identify and implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
. Oversee seamless coordination between internal teams and external clinics.
. Maintain optimal staff scheduling and timely documentation updates.
. Supervise accurate and timely insurance and patient onboarding processes.
. Generate periodic performance reports and highlight key operational insights.

Requirements:
. 5-7 years of relevant experience in Operations Management (preferably in BPO or US Healthcare sector).
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leadership roles.
. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
. Proficient in MS Office, healthcare CRMS, and operational reporting tools.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results and compliance.
