JOB DESCRIPTION:
. To ensure accurate recording of incoming payments of customers on daily basis on SAP ERP.
. Preparation of outgoing payments and RTGS.
. To confirm correct bank balances from all banks via online/phone calls.
. Arrange issuance of Bank guarantee from banks.
. Preparation of daily activity financial report.
. Fortnightly Bank reconciliation.
. Renewal of Insurance policies.
. Checking of service bills.
. To monitor all service bills for payment.
. Maintaining of prepaid expenses.
. Preparation of monthly stock reports for banking facilities.
