We're Hiring - Senior Executive Accounts & Finance

Seeking a proactive professional for the role of Senior Executive Accounts & Finance to handle import/export documentation, LC, banking operations, ERP (SAP), EFS/ERF, payments, reporting, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities
. EFS/ERF documentation for draw downs and subsequent retirement documents to bank
. LC preparation including arrangement of insurance cover notes
. Advance payment processing and documentation
. ERP SAP knowledge for PO preparations
. Daily bank position preparation and monitoring
. Stock and receivables report preparation
. Insurance policy tracking and renewal management
. Project management for import-based machinery
. Rate negotiation and coordination with banks
. Local cotton season operations including PO generation, GRN follow-up, A/P down payment requests, and vendor/ginner record maintenance
. Landed cost management for local and imported materials in B1/S4 system
. Maintain year-wise import register in Excel
. Submission of insurance policy copies to banks on annual basis
. Submission of Insurance PPR copies to banks on quarterly basis
. Correspondence with banks regarding foreign remittances, fees, and licenses

Requirements
. Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
. 1-3 years experience in textile import/export operations
. Import & export documentation & shipping procedures knowledge
· LC documentation, banking & customs clearance understanding
. Familiar with international trade regulations & Incoterms
. MS Office (Excel) proficiency & professional email communication
. ERP/SAP experience will be an added advantage
