Location: Head Office, Lahore
Haier Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Associate to join our team at the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
. Organize data and generate actionable customer insights to improve Salesforce productivity and effectiveness.
. Support the sales team with critical planning and operational tasks aligned with business objectives.
. Design and implement sales incentive programs to drive performance.
. Provide pricing and contract support by preparing competitive and high-quality proposals.
. Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators to enable strategic decision-making.
. Ensure adoption and compliance of sales processes across teams.
Requirements:
. Education: MBA / BBA
. Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant role (experience in Home Appliances/Electronics preferred)
