RESTAURANTS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Imtiaz Mega El1 Islamabad

We are hiring for the Imtiaz Food Emporium - Islamabad E11 Store. Join our Food and Beverage team and be part of delivering quality, freshness, and an exceptional customer experience.

REQUIRMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience in high-volume restaurant, food court, or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience managing multi-unit restaurant or food hall operations.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, and food cost control.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily operations of all restaurant brands and live food stations within the Food Emporium.
- Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen operations, service teams, and customer areas.
- Monitor sales targets, labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Oversee large-scale inventory management and stock planning for all restaurant concepts.
- Ensure exceptional dining and customer service experience across the Food Emporium.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and quality control procedures are followed.
