URGENT HIRING - SENIOR LARAVEL DEVELOPER

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laravel Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable web applications and hands-on experience with Property Rental,
Booking, Reservation, or Real Estate Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, test, and maintain Laravel-based web applications.
. Build and manage Property Rental & Booking Management Platforms.
. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
. Work closely with Ul/UX designers and project managers.
. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
. Implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
. Manage databases, server-side logic, and application architecture.
. Ensure applications follow industry best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
. 6+ Years of Professional Laravel Development Experience
. Strong command of PHP and Laravel Framework
. Expertise in MySQL Database Design & Optimization
. Experience with Property Rental, Hotel Booking, Vacation Rental, or Reservation Systems
. Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API Integrations
. Experience with Payment Gateway Integrations (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
. Good understanding of Authentication, Authorization, and Security Practices
. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX
. Experience with Git/GitHub Version Control
. Knowledge of Queue Jobs, Cron Jobs, Caching, and Performance Optimization
. Familiarity with AWS, VPS, or Cloud Hosting will be an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:
. Experience working on Real Estate Portals
. Experience with Multi-Vendor Booking Platforms
. Knowledge of Vue,js or React.js
. Experience integrating Google Maps, Calendar APIs, SMS, and Email Services
. Understanding of Agile Development Methodologies
