HIRING! Manager Procurement

Job Location: Factory Site-Sheikhupura Road

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead and manage the complete procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs, vendor selection, negotiations, purchase orders, and contract management.
. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely deliveries.
. Coordinate with Production, Stores, Maintenance, and Finance departments to optimize inventory levels and support operational requirements.
. Monitor supplier performance, control procurement costs, prepare procurement reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Professional certifications in Procurement/Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience/ Skills:
. Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in the Steel Industry (mandatory).
. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
