REQUIREMENTS
. Minimum Bachelor's degree.
. 8 to 10 years experience with at least 3 years in a similar role in retail operations within Non-food categories.
. Strong knowledge of House hold, Electronics, Fashion, Toys, Stationery and Sports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Lead day-to-day floor operations across all assigned non-food categories, ensuring smooth execution and high operational standards.
. Drive sales performance by ensuring product availability, effective display execution, and strong category visibility on the floor.
. Execute attractive displays for Electronics, Household, and Seasonal items, ensuring high-impact promotional zones to drive impulse buying.
. Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and minimize out-of-stock situations through effective coordination with back-end teams.
· Supervise, train, and develop floor staff to ensure strong customer service, product knowledge, and performance discipline.
