We Are Hiring - Deputy Manager Mechanical & Maintenance

Requirements:
. BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
. 7-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in a similar role.
. Experience in the Food/FMCG industry will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
. Prepare and maintain machine periodic maintenance schedules.
. Conduct facility inspections and resolve maintenance-related issues.
. Diagnose mechanical faults and resolve machine breakdowns efficiently.
. Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
. Plan and supervise repair, installation, overhauling, and maintenance activities.
. Monitor machine performance to ensure maximum reliability and minimum downtime.
. Supervise plumbing, welding, fabrication, and other maintenance-related works.
. Possess hands-on knowledge of plumbing, welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance.
. Monitor equipment inventory and ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
. Control maintenance expenses and manage maintenance budgets effectively.
. Maintain maintenance logs and prepare daily maintenance reports.
. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies.
. Lead and guide the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.
. Have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication systems, and other maintenance-related technical aspects.
