Location: Karachi

Qualification & Skills:
. Pharm. D/ B. Pharm, B.E.M.S, MSc. Chemistry, M. Phil Pharmacy or BEMS with 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field.
. Background in R&D or NPD, preferably in the pharmaceutical/FMCG sector.
. Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
· Arrange, manage, and supervise all NPD activities, including material arrangement, trial batch planning, execution, and sample submission.
. Develop product formulations approved by BD, Marketing, or Management.
. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement for timely arrangement of resources.
. Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination with BD, RAF, Marketing, PRD, and QO for timely actions and follow-ups as per NPD process flow.
. Prepare and submit NPD-related documentation on time.
. Maintain records of R&D trials and manage raw and packaging material inventor
. Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination for timely actions and follow-ups
. Communicate with relevant departments for smooth product transfer from R&D to commercial scale.
