We Are Hiring Regional Operations Manager (Fashion and Textile)

REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Management, or a related discipline.
. 12-15 years of retail operations experience, preferably in Fashion & Textile.
. Minimum 5 years in a regional or multi-store leadership role within a large retail chain.
. Strong understanding of sales management, inventory control, visual merchandising, and operational standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall performance of the Fashion & Textile segment across assigned stores.
. Supervise segment operations and ensure effective execution of sales plans, targets, and retail strategies.
. Manage, mentor, and develop Floor Managers to ensure consistent operational excellence.
. Collaborate with Category Management and Buying teams to maximize product availability and assortment effectiveness.
. Monitor inventory accuracy, replenishment, stock rotation, shrinkage, and loss prevention initiatives.
. Oversee visual merchandising standards and execution of promotional activities across stores.
. Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
