We're hiring Manager Production -Confectionary

Role Overview:
Lead confectionery production operations to deliver production targets safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively while ensuring world-class quality, continuous improvement, TPM/Lean practices, and optimal utilization of people, equipment, and resources.

. Plan and execute daily production schedules to achieve volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
. Lead and develop production teams, fostering a high-performance, safety-first, and continuous improvement culture.
. Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, OEE, and operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
. Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless production operations.
. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, EH5, and company quality standards.
. Monitor production KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
. Manage departmental budgets, labor productivity, material utilization, and manufacturing costs.
. Ensure effective inventory control of raw, packing, and work in-process materials while minimizing losses and wastage.
. Ensure accurate production reporting and effective utilization of SAP for production planning and operational control.

What we're looking for
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
. 8-12 years of production experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry, preferably in confectionery or food manufacturing.
. Minimum 3-5 years in a production leadership role.
. Hands-on experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kairen, OEE, and Continuous Improvement.
. Sound understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Occupational Safety, Health & Environment [EHS], and Behavioral-Based Safety
