Hiring for Operation Executive

They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors and suppliers.
Manage and oversee production house operations.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure product quality meets company standards.
Handle the complete order lifecycle, from order placement to successful delivery.
Monitor operational processes to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our eCommerce products to support daily operations and coordination.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
Experience in production coordination or operations is preferred.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with eCommerce products and operations is an advantage.
