Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000
Job Overview:
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. Handle system setup, user accounts, troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
Key Skills:
Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN troubleshooting, mobile device support, basic networking, and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
MDM, FortiClient VPN, Apple Business Manager, IT asset management, ITIL (plus).
