Hiring Alert Senior Executive – Industrial Engineering (IE)
Utopia Industries is looking for a Senior Executive – IE to join our team at Nooriabad, Sindh.

Requirements

Education: B.E./B.S. in Industrial Engineering
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in IE
Location: Candidate must be willing to stay in Nooriabad
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
Good command of IE tools and production processes

Key Responsibilities

Conduct time & motion studies and establish standard times.
Analyze production processes and identify areas for productivity improvement.
Monitor line efficiency, manpower utilization, and production capacity.
Develop and optimize production layouts and line balancing.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvement initiatives.
Prepare and monitor IE reports, KPIs, and productivity analysis.
Support cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to improve overall operational efficiency.
