Description
Bank Alfalah Limited is looking for a Senior Officer – Allied Applications Management to join its Karachi office.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate with Application owners and vendors for smooth system workflows.
Manage system operational issues and ensure fast turnaround times (TAT).
Train Level-1 and Service-Desk support teams.
Support ongoing project integrations, audits, and new application development.
Perform operational activities and provide solutions to the team, and coordinate with the business in parallel to support ongoing projects with new integration and development.
What They Look For:
Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 1-2 years in Application Administration and Support.
Skills: Strong IT support skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication.
