They’re looking for a Performance & Rewards Executive to join our HR team in DHA Phase 5, Karachi.

Experience: 2–3 years in HR, preferably Performance Management/Rewards
Education: Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Salary: Up to PKR 80,000
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Days: Monday – Friday
Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Manage/support monthly & quarterly performance cycles
Develop and monitor KPIs, KRAs & performance evaluations
Support PIPs, employee counseling & performance improvement
Assist with employee recognition and engagement initiatives
Train managers/employees on performance management processes
Prepare performance reports and identify improvement areas
Assist in developing JDs, KPIs/KRAs and other HR initiatives

Key Skills:
MS Office, strong communication, analytical & problem-solving skills, performance management and employee engagement knowledge. BPO/customer service experience is a plus.
