Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Develop new business opportunities and acquire new customers
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Identify potential markets and expand the customer base
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies within the assigned area
Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management

Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant sales/business development experience
Experience in Courier, Logistics, e-commerce, or related industries will be preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Good knowledge of the local market
Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills
