Getz Pharma is hiring for the below positions (Karachi)

1- Associate Manager Employee Relations
No of Position: 1
Responsible for managing disciplinary cases, grievance handling, and service matters in line with company policies and labor laws of Pakistan.
Provide guidance and support to HRBPs across business units to ensure fair, consistent and timely resolution of employee relation issues.
Education: Masters degree in HR, Business Adminstration, or law (MBA/LLB Preferred).
Experience: 5-7 years of progressive Employee Relations experience, preferably in the pharma or manufacturing sector.

2- Sr. Executive Employee Relations
No of Position: 1
Responsible for executing day to day functional tasks related to disciplinary case documentation, grievance handling support, and service matters.
Provide operational support, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely completion of ER processes under the guidance of the Manager ER
Education: Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Administration or law (BBA/LLB Preferred)
Experience: 1-3 years of Employee Relations experience preferably in the pharma or manufacturing sector.
